Everyone brings a unique history and personality to the coaching process. I’ll quickly help you identify the triggers and thought patterns that impact you most so we can see exactly how they support and impede your unique goals.

FAQs

Is this therapy?

No. Coffee and Clarity sessions are coaching sessions designed to maximize the skills and insights I have as a therapist, but it is not therapy. It is an excellent way to decide if therapy might be a good next step for you or provide direction for your current therapeutic work elsewhere. Please note that I am not accepting new therapy clients, so Coffee & Clarity is also a great way to work with me 1:1 and get personalized referrals for ongoing care.

Can I bill this to insurance?

Unfortunately, I’m not aware of any health insurance plans that cover coaching services.

What if I need more than one session?

I am always happy to discuss the best way to continue your work, including future coaching, therapy, or other services.

Can I book a session with my partner/spouse/family member/business partner?

Absolutely! I love to work with couples, adult family members, business partners, and even close friends who may be looking to navigate a challenging decision, learn to communicate more effectively, or decide if their current situation warrants a more long-term supportive approach, such as therapy.
